During the preparations for this exhibition, Botes collaborated with the Spier Arts Trust, Woven Ceramics and Black River Studio to reconfigure his work, The Goliath Protocol as a 4 x 7,5 metre painting executed on ceramic tiles with the intention for it to be exhibited outdoors in a public space. This installation is currently on display at Victoria Yards in Johannesburg for the next three months.
