The exhibition entitled Ubuntuism Re-enchanted, curated by Ruzy Rusike, draws inspiration from the poem The Rise of Shaka written by Mazisi Kunene. Kunene's poem toys with the effect of absence and presence, where excess of the latter suffocates and the former piques interest. Ngobeni draws inspiration from the dichotomy of nature and urbanisation. This exhibition is currently on display until the 4 November 2019.
